We are searching for a Human Resources Representative to join our team located at Wheeling, IL plant.

Your Role:

As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting HR with various day-to-day tasks, providing administrative support, and responding to all inquiries for the department. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide HR support to plant population including employee relations on a variety of issues.
  • Coordinate the hiring of new employees and ensure employment decisions follow company policy and employment laws.
  • Coordinate with Unit Mgrs to determine hiring needs and ensure proper staffing levels.
  • Conduct investigations and provide summary reports to appropriate HR Manager.
  • Assist with response to EEOC, DOL and unemployment claims.
  • Communicates changes in HR related policies and benefit plans.

Ultimately, you will use your organization skills to ensure the successful operation of the HR team and will also help ensure that our employees are well-informed and satisfied.
