Are you looking to build a strong career? Then we have an opportunity for you! We currently have an opportunity for Human Resources (HR) Coordinator located at our offices in Appleton, WI.

Your Role:

As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and performing various tasks such as administering benefits, hiring, posting jobs, performing new employee orientations, and assisting with payroll. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Use ADP, Kronos, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to create data reports
  • Maintain quarterly and year end reporting and logs
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Assist employees with questions related to benefits, payroll, and policies

Ultimately, you will use your organization skills to assist with day-to-day operations of the team and will help ensure that our employees are getting answers for their questions.

We need you to have:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3+ years of human resources experience
  • Understanding of applicable state, federal and local employment laws
  • Excellent capabilities with Microsoft Office, including Excel

Icing on the cake:

  • Associates and/or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Prior HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
  • ADP and Kronos experience
