We currently have an opportunity for a Lead Forklift Operator (Nights) to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Huntersville, NC.

Your Role:

As a Lead Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of outbound and inbound deliveries properly executing and documenting using standard work. You will have the opportunity to:

• Schedule and perform regular cycle counts of materials
• Train and coach LTO’s on all warehouse functions
• Conduct start up meeting with outgoing Lead and Team to communicate a smooth turnover of shifts
• Promote a safe working environment for all employees

Ultimately, you will ensure resources are properly allocated within department to meet service, quality and production goals.
