Then we have an opportunity for you!  We are searching for a Marketing Director -Reynolds Wrap to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

As a Marketing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and providing strategic direction and oversight of their marketing team, which includes financial management, and leading a team that will deliver brand strategy for the marketing and sales in the e-Commerce channel. This position will report into the Vice President of Marketing. The successful incumbent will be responsible or achievement of business objectives, including income delivery, brand growth and development.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Prepare and effectively communicate insightful strategies, presentations and business reports to the executive team.
  • Lead insight gathering research into consumers, competitive category and retailers
  • Evaluate promotion program opportunities and spending
  • Review advertising, marketing, and public relations trends

Ultimately, you will play a vital role in our company and will lead projects to identify, research, and execute cost savings, product improvement, and new marketing opportunities that would help us grow and innovate.

We need you to have:

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 10+ years of related professional and progressive Marketing experience in the CPG industry.
  • Prior team management experience combined with a proven track record of developing, coaching and mentoring a creative Marketing staff
  • Experience with research and new product development.

Icing on the cake:

  • MBA or another advanced degree
  • Prior experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry
