We are searching for a Director of Channel Customers & Trade Marketing to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

As a Director of Channel Customer & Trade Marketing, you will be responsible for driving optimal efficiency for our Channel customers through trade spending and product prioritization, deliver an accurate forecast, and efficiently utilizing production resources. In this strategic role you will play a critical part in achieving Reynolds Cooking BU Customer strategy to drive share through leading portfolio management and pricing and spending strategy.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead, develop, and improve customer event analytics and customer level strategic plans
  • Optimize Cooking BU portfolio spend against customer and product portfolio
  • Provide direction, funding, and budgetary control to field sales managers
  • Analyze and report conditions occurring within the marketplace

We need you to have:

  • BA/BS degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry
  • 5+ years of broad marketing experience (Brand, Customer, Category)
  • 2+ years of working with Trade spend
  • Ability to travel regularly (including overnights)
  • Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Experience using SAP
