We currently have an opportunity for a Deployment Planner (Temporary) located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, Illinois.

Your Role:

As a Deployment Planner,  you will be responsible for managing finished goods inventory deployment across the company distribution centers to support and provide superior customer service for the business. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Build, review, track, forecast and adjust intra-company shipments using JDA
  • Monitor and evaluate on hand inventory to ensure that safety stock targets are met and trucks are fully utilized in the movement of finished goods
  • Analyze JDA DRP parameters to leverage auto load building capabilities
  • Reach volume, customer service, inventory, and operating expense goals
  • Express your ideas and develop your skills 

You will play an integral role as a business partner with our customers and provide business solutions that connect with our consumer, build retailer relationships, and drive sales profit!

We need you to have:

  • A BA/BS Degree in Business or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Data Management, Manufacturing, MRO Purchasing, Materials, and/or Statistical Management
  • Business and financial acumen with solid quantitative, analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel

Icing on the cake:

  • Previous experience in the consumer product goods (CPG) industry
  • Experience using SAP
