We are searching for a Customer Service Manager to join our team located at our offices in Canandaigua, NY.

Your Role:

As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading, directing, and maintaining positive customer relations and coordinating with various functions within our company to ensure customer inquiries are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Monitor the application of policies and procedures
  • Recommend procedural and system changes
  • Ensure all work meet or exceeds quality standards
  • Lead and develop new and current employees

In this exciting role, you will use your people skills to train our staff and ensure that our customers are satisfied, treated with respect, and given the answers the need.

We need you to have:

  • BA/BS degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • 7+ years of customer service or sales support experience
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience
  • Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office

Icing on the cake:

  • Prior experience using SAP
  • Understanding of supply chain procedures and policies
