Then we have an opportunity for you! We currently have an opportunity for a North America Business Development Manager for our Geosystems business unit in our offices located in Appleton, WI.

Your Role:

As a North America Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing technical sales growth strategies for Geosystems construction products in different as well as managing new and existing distribution networks, establishing new customers, and driving profitability. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Deliver exceptional sales growth volume
  • Support new market initiatives, new products, product enhancements, and technical sales
  • Manage customer and representative network relationships
  • Train sales staff and distribution networks

In this exciting role, you will not only achieve business goals but you will also develop strong customer relationships and will be a change agent who provides us with trend insight and opportunities to grow.

We need you to have:

  • BA/BS degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resources, Soil Sciences, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Experience with distribution networks and technical sales
  • Familiarity with storm water management and erosion control
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
  • Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Excel

Icing on the cake:

  • Fluency in Spanish or another language
  • Construction experience related to infrastructure improvements and the use of geosynthetics
