We are searching for a Business Analyst-Robotics Process Automation to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

As a Business Analyst-Robotics Process Automation, you will be responsible for supporting enhancement and change requests as part of a structured change control process. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Ensure successful daily execution of digital workforce comprised of +80 bots across five functional areas
  • Identify/document error patterns in bot execution, provide remediation recommendation to management 
  • Develop data visualizations that provide insights on bot health and productivity for review by management
  • Promote bots into production approved by management
  • Submit infrastructure requests as needed
  • Assess major/minor/patch releases for our digital workforce platform, provide upgrade recommendations to management

In this exciting role, you will engage operational stakeholders to review bot functionality, identify/document potential process/landscape changes for review by management.

We need you to have:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related degree
  • Strong hands-on ability to write secure, reliable & maintainable code and to test & debug it
  • Excellent communication skills, including ability to write concise technical docs
  • Excellent knowledge in object-oriented, high-level programming languages (e.g. Python)
  • Excellent knowledge of various API’s and integration with RPA applications

Icing on the cake:

  • Functional knowledge of SAP and scripting
  • Experience with VBA, JavaScript/JSON
