We currently have an opportunity for a Brand Manager, Innovation for Reynolds Consumer Products Canada located at our office in Mississauga, Ontario

Your Role:

As a Brand Manager, Innovation you will play a vital role in our company and will identify opportunities to build an innovation pipeline of new products. You will conduct competitive analysis, lead consumer research, identify gaps and subsequently lead projects working with the cross functional team to ultimately commercialize new products, driving profitable, organic growth.

  • Bring to life innovative and relevant new products, from concept to launch
  • Analyze sales data, and customer/ market trends, and leverage them as part of new product development
  • Create monthly, annual, and long term volume forecasts for new product initiatives
  • Lead and manage cross functional projects to facilitate the development of new product initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with cross functional teams and be a collaborative team player
  • Deliver presentations to key internal and external customers

We need you to have:

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Solid experience ( Minimum 5+ years) and track record of success leading new product launches from ideation to execution in a CPG setting, ideally with a global supply chain
  • Experience with research and new product development process
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience in forecasting, profit & loss management and budgeting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel
