We currently have an opportunity for an Associate Division Sales Manager residing in the New England area (New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, or Connecticut preferred).

Your Role:

As an Associate Division Sales Manager, you will report directly to current Director of Sales and will assist in managing Division which currently includes Shaw’s, DeMoulas, Price Chopper & Bozzuto’s.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Help achieve Division sales revenue, profit and expense goals through direct sales and broker management.
  • Help to develop sales plans and budgets for maximizing sales volume while meeting profit margin targets
  • Personally interact with existing customers to explore all potential sales opportunities including prospecting, presentations, pricing and closing of sales
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with customers outlined above
  • To manage time and tasks necessary to move the business forward while traveling to various customers

Ultimately, you will play a vital role in our company and will work to ensure our sales are growing, our customers are satisfied, and our sales opportunities are fully explored and utilized.

We need you to have:

  • BA/BS degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of related professional and progressive Sales experience in the CPG industry
  • Background in food channel
  • Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Icing on the cake:

  • MBA or another advanced degree
  • 3rd party Broker experience
  • Mass, Club or Drug experience 
  • Experience with AC Nielsen
