We are searching for a Transportation Trade Compliance Manager to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

As a Transportation Trade Compliance Manager, you will develop, implement and enforce trade compliance policies and procedures across Reynolds Consumer Products.  

 You will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop multiyear strategic plan and articulate vision to senior leadership team and delivery value
  • Lead annual C-TPAT activities
  • Day to day management of import/export activities and global custom brokerage support
  • Manage and respond to import/export compliance audits

Ultimately, you will ensure all products are trade compliant in every manner: concept, development, access, labelling, marketing, sales, exports, etc.

We need you to have:

  • Licensed Customhouse Broker with a minimum of 5 years’ experience
  • 5-10 years of progressive experience in International Logistics and Compliance
  • In depth understanding of the C-TPAT process, minimum security requirements and validation visits
  • Familiarity in working with US Customs
  • Free Trade Agreements and documentation
  • Knowledge of product classification
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • High proficiency in Excel, including ability to use array formulas, and pivot tables
  • A proven track record deploying change management at both a local and corporate level

Icing on the Cake:

  • BA in International Business, International Logistics, Supply Chain, OR sufficient work experience to compensate.
