Your Role:

As a Technical Engineering Manager, you will deliver effective technical support to plant operations, improve productivity, and build a winning team. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Ensure department’s adherence to the Reynolds safety programs
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement capital projects for new product introductions, automation projects, and capacity expansions
  • Manage technical budget and reduce long-term cost of operation
  • Create and implement personal growth plans for employees

Ultimately, you will lead a team of talented engineers, technicians, and maintenance personnel and will use your problem solving skills to provide direction to drive continuous improvement.

We need you to have:

  • BS in Engineering
  • 5+ years of applicable technical experience
  • Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Microsoft Project
  • Proficient with computer programs such as CAD and Minitab

Icing on the cake:

  • Experience in a Lean manufacturing environment and a Lean/Six Sigma certification
