Your Role:

As a Production Shift Supervisor, you will lead plant production and will be responsible for maximizing safety, quality, and productivity while also minimizing cost. This individual will also ensure the department is meeting target accuracy goals and managing labor, equipment and resources to accomplish goals.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Develop strategic initiatives and operating goals for the plant
• Ensure production schedule, material usage, and output requirements are met
• Hire and train employees as well as appraise their performance
• Work to your maximum potential and help others do the same

Ultimately, you will be responsible for creating a safe, clean, and unified team-oriented workplace that strives towards continuous improvement.

We need you to have:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years of related professional and progressive manufacturing experience
• Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Proficiency in SAP, Kronos, and Gensuite

Icing on the cake:

• BA/BS degree in Operations Management, Business, or a related field
• Prior team management experience including coaching a diverse staff
