Are you looking to build a strong career? Then we have an opportunity for you! We currently have an opportunity for a Storeroom Coordinator to join our plant located in Bellwood, VA.

Your Role:

As the Storeroom Coordinator, you are responsible for accurate inventory control of the plant’s stocked parts, personal protective equipment, and cleaning supplies, receiving and processing incoming parts and materials in SAP, and other administrative duties associated with maintaining accurate store room records and submitting timely reports. 

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of storeroom inventory in SAP
  • Receive parts and supplies, open and dispose of packaging, check quantities of incoming parts and supplies against purchase order, file receipts, stock store room items in proper locations, and notify requisitioner of receipt of parts and/or materials.
  • Liaison with suppliers, maintenance personnel, Engineers, and RCP Purchasing to ensure replacement and substitute parts meet specifications in order to be effective for its intended use.
  • Input data and/or submit documentation to update/add/delete store room parts to reflect changes in plant equipment, inventory requirement, or change in cost. Upon implementation of requested changes update inventory locator data base.
  • Enter time cards information to update and track Maintenance hours for monthly reporting.
  • Conduct routine review of on hand inventory to ensure accuracy and provide data for inventory reports.

We need you to have:

  • Associate degree, equivalent training or experience in Inventory Control
  • 2 – 3  years experience with inventory control or providing administrative support, preferably in Manufacturing Industry Store Room
  • Data entry and computer skills
  • Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office

Icing on the cake:

  • General, knowledge of and/or ability to learn computer base data systems such as SAP, Maintenance Connection, Gensuite, other required software 
  • Prior experience working in the Consumer Product Goods industry
