Then we have an opportunity for you!  We are searching for a Senior Program Development Manager to join our Revenue Management team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading transformation initiatives. The role will develop, prioritize, and execute initiatives that enhance top line growth and improve operational efficiencies. The Senior Program Development Manager will partner with key stakeholders across Regions, Business Units and Functions utilizing  program development frameworks, Lean Six Sigma Operational Excellence methodologies, functional knowledge (e.g. commercial, finance, procurement, IT, etc.), and program/project management skills. 

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead the discovery, review, and alignment of initiatives to strategic objectives through the prioritization process
  • Lead the development, testing and implementation of large enterprise initiatives
  • Lead process optimization and promote consistency in processes and tools. Use Continuous Improvement capabilities: Six Sigma, Lean, Agile, data analysis and Kaizen workshop facilitation
  • Gather requirements, define and document business processes/procedures using workflow modeling techniques and standardized documentation templates

We need you to have:

  • BA/BS degree in a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, program management and program development
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
  • Experience facilitating kaizen sessions
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of time domestically and internationally

Icing on the cake:

  • Prior CPG Experience
