We are searching for a Manager - Global Treasury and Risk Management to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL. This is a hybrid role with the expectation of reporting to the Lake Forest, IL office 2-3 days per week.

Your Role:

The Manager- Global Treasury and Risk Management will report to the Vice President & Treasurer and work closely with the financial planning, procurement and operational partners in the business units to develop and lead a direct cash flow forecast for the Company, execute capital plans for all major businesses and drive incremental cash generation. This role will include tracking and forecasting of inventory throughout the Reynolds manufacturing and delivery process.

Responsibilities immediately include developing reports and metrics that illustrate current, as well as historical and forecasted inventory levels for management. Beyond core capital planning, this role will also support the broader Treasury team by assisting with insurance programs and capital markets execution including debt and equity issuance, dividend policy formation and share repurchase.    

Other responsibilities include:

  • Develop and lead a direct cash flow forecast for Reynolds, working closely with broader treasury and finance teams to ensure real-time visibility to cash flow and accountability for each category of cash receipt and disbursements. 
  • Develop and execute capital plans for all major businesses.
  • Work closely with financial planning as well as business unit operations and finance to monitor inventory levels within the Reynolds businesses.
  • Maintain historical inventory levels and understand forecasted levels as well as expected demand in order to model future capital needs.
  • Work across finance and business leadership to develop opportunities for incremental cash generation for each business, develop appropriate working capital and cash conversion cycle metrics and drive cash flow performance.
  • Develop and lead robust process to govern capital investment, including assessing proposed projects, monitoring ongoing investment and assessing investment returns.
  • Work with finance and business partners to ensure that the Company has a pipeline of economically attractive capital investments, inventory investments and investment-related operating expense that can compete for funding.
  • Assist with idea generation and execution on capital markets initiatives including debt and equity issuance, dividend policy and share repurchase.
  • Prepare and deliver presentation materials for periodic updates to Leadership.
  • Provide support during insurance procurement processes by working closely with Treasurer to coordinate risk exposure gathering and claim management.
  • Perform and prepare ad-hoc analysis and reports as required.

We need you to have:

  • BA/BS degree in Finance or Accounting
  • High degree of accountability and a demonstrated ability to drive results with a “get it done” attitude.
  • Ability to synthesize complex issues, form initial hypotheses and identify the data required to confirm hypotheses.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic partnerships and work with others to accomplish objectives and results.
  • Ability to influence others and build a consensus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to work methodically and accurately.
  • Fluency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint. 

Icing on the cake:

  • A post-graduate degree (MBA, accounting, economics, finance, mathematics, or statistics preferred) or 5-7 years relevant accounting or finance experience preferred
  • CPA, CMA or CFA preferred
