If you are looking to build a strong career, we have an opportunity for you! We are searching for a Senior Finance Manager to join our Tableware team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

The Senior Finance Manager in the Tableware Business Unit will be leading some core FP&A functions in month-end reporting and analysis, budgeting/forecasting process, and managing pricing, new products, and capital requests. You will manage our Tableware “Reyvolution” program where you will have the opportunity to present to the Executive Leadership Team.  We embrace and accept individual experiences and backgrounds to achieve a diverse and inclusive workplace.  

You will have the opportunity to:

• Responsible for overseeing some key product categories, generating data-based insights, conducting ad hoc analysis, and leading customer and product profitability analysis.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in supporting innovation and new launches, building and analyzing P&Ls, and providing insights and decision support. 
• Leverage financial systems and modeling to enhance quality and/or drive efficiency in forecasting, reporting and analysis.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain financial models that support the forecasting processes.
• Lead evaluation and financial modeling of customer and product profitability for the Tableware BU and get involved in developing action plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence key business decisions.  
• Supervise other team member and provide guidance to other functions as necessary.
• Other Ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed.

We need you to have:

• BS/BA degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 8+ years of finance or accounting experience preferably in the CPG industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a desire to continuously improve.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and systems experiences.
• Ability to work with various levels of professionals within the organization.

Icing on the cake:

• MBA or other advanced degree.
• CPA or CMA.
• Prior supervisory experience.
