Are you looking to build a strong career? Then we have an opportunity for you! We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Demand Planner at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

As a Senior Demand Planner, you will be a vital business partner with our internal and external customers to develop an accurate, unbiased, and unconstrained shipment plan that supports the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.  The successful individual will be responsible for all forecasting activities associated with customers and products including planning inventory flow, analyzing statistical data, and generating forecasting solutions.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop demand forecasts
  • Understand drivers, challenges, and facilitate agreement on the total demand plan
  • Generate and distribute demand planning and review documents
  • Identify root cause of variances to ensure corrective action is taken

We need you to have:

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning
  • Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Icing on the cake:

  • JDA Demand Planning experience
  • Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry
