We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Consumer Insights & Strategy Manager located in our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

The Senior Manager of Consumer Insights & Strategy will work cross-functionally to build brand connections with the people who buy and use our products. The role will provide consumer insight leadership and coordination of all consumer research projects in collaboration with the Business Units SVPs and their teams. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Identify appropriate research objectives and direct resources in executing projects.  
  • Lead the effort of turning research results and data into key insights which drive growth for the business.  
  • Provide clear, strategic direction to external research partners that results in stellar research outputs and greater research ROI.

We need you to have:

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 10+ years in CPG market research.
  • Extensive experience with business-enabling broad range of qualitative and quantitative methodologies & techniques (including marketing mix modeling/predictive analytics, conjoint, MaxDiff, TURF, Habits and Practices, segmentation, claims testing, packaging testing, brand and communications testing, product testing, brand health and equity tracking, concept testing). 
  • Proficiency in gathering, compiling and preparing data from Nielsen and/or IRI databases. 
  • Analytical; problem- solving skills. 
  • Great attention to detail. 
  • Works independently but also enjoys working with a team 

Icing on the cake:

  • MBA or advanced degree a plus
