Then we have an opportunity for you! We are searching for an RPA Digital Workforce Developer to join our team.

Your Role:

As an RPA Digital Workforce Developer, you will be responsible for the delivery and execution of projects and key enhancements supporting departments across the company including Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources and IT. This includes the development, configuration, and deployment of solutions that our users will depend on for day-to-day business activities. This role will rely heavily on effective communication, creative solutions, thorough documentation, and timely delivery.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Analyze, understand, and document the business processes in detail in order to recommend and implement automation solutions
  • Participate in various types of meetings or workshops to define, design, configure and enhance automation solutions
  • Create and maintain solution documentation
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Create and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as request by business
  • Problem-solve issues that arise in day-to-day running of automation processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required
  • Complete break fixes, change requests and enhancements as needed.
  • Support regression testing and audit activities as needed
  • Manage script migration throughout the development lifecycle (Development to Production)

We need you to have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
  • Experience with Object Oriented Programming Languages and frameworks (Python, Java, C#)
  • Experience with robotic process automation software such as Automation Anywhere, UI Path or Blue Prism (Automation Anywhere A360 Certification a plus)
  • Experience interacting with API functionality, i.e. REST and SOAP webservices
  • Thorough awareness of technical trends and should have a broad set of technical skills enabling them to excel using various sources of technology
  • Ability to understand and create business process workflow diagrams or procedural documentation
