We are currently searching for a Regional Sales Manager to join our team working on Fresh-Lock® in the Southwestern United States.

The Fresh-Lock® brand is the market leader in press-to-close zipper and slider reclosable solutions for flexible packaging. With a solution for virtually any packaging need, our closures drive consumer loyalty and brand differentiation through functional benefits. The Fresh-Lock® brand team also offers specialized packaging machinery and quality components for fast and efficient track and slider applications.

Location is flexible (Southwest near Metro City)

Your Role: 
As a Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for helping support the growth of the Fresh-Lock® reclosable zipper brand in your assigned geography.  In addition, you will develop and execute sound commercial strategies to protect existing base business, while also achieving growth in targeted markets and targeted customers with existing and new products. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Manage the region to attain the annual forecasted sales volume and EBITDA
  • Develop sales plans and budgets for maximizing sales volume while meeting profit margin targets
  • Identify, qualify and close new target accounts within the region.
  • Work with technical support, manufacturing and other support teams as needed to resolve customer problems

In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales revenue, profit and expense goals within a defined geographic area.

We need you to have:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Sales, preferably in flexible packaging or a related industry
  • Requires solid communication skills including written, verbal, presentation and negotiation
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Demonstrated skills and attributes include problem solving, negotiation and persuasive communication skills (written, presentation, verbal).
  • Must be team oriented with the ability to work on high collaboration and performance teams
  • Ability to travel a minimum of 50%

Icing on the cake:

  • Flexible packaging and or value added selling experience
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • CRM experience
  • Bilingual  (English/Spanish).
