Are you looking to build a strong career? Then we have an opportunity for you! We are seeking an On Shift System Auditor (OSSA) located at our fast-paced manufacturing plant in Tamaqua, PA

Your Role:

As an On Shift System Auditor (OSSA), you will ensure that quality requirements are being met by the plant and will support annual Quality priorities. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Make safety your number one priority by driving our safety initiatives
  • Coach and develop responders in quality related tasks
  • Review statistical process control (SPC) data and identify and correct errors
  • Conduct system audits

In this role, you will play an important role in ensuring that we are producing the best products in the industry and that our customers are receiving quality products. We need you to have:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Impact, Tear, CoF, Measuretec, Intron, Digital Micrometer, and Transmittance testing
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations and apply statistical processes
  • Experience using SAP

Icing on the cake:

  • Prior experience with Quality software programs for SPC control charts and process capability studies
  • Experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment
