We currently have an opportunity for a Procurement Coordinator – IT Services(temp to direct hire) located at our office in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

As a Procurement Coordinator – IT Services, you will you will manage and coordinate IT order management, vendor management, bid activity and hardware/software renewals. The ideal candidate is looking for an opportunity to drive procurement activities that include order management, pricing management, RFQ/bid activity and license/renewal management in support of IT strategic sourcing.  Under the guidance of the Global IT Sourcing Manager, you will work with corporate and site IT stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and most competitive price on purchased items as well as process excellence in the procure to pay process.  You will have the opportunity to:

  • Implement P2P process for IT goods & services
  • Manage bid activity for small – medium IT projects
  • Develop & implement vendor management process for IT vendors
  • Maintain strong relationships with corporate and site IT stakeholders

We need you to have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Business, Supply Chain or Finance
  • 2-4 years’ experience in IT Procurement
  • ERP System – Advanced knowledge of SAP
