Are you looking to build a strong career? Then we have an opportunity for you! We currently have an opportunity for a Process Engineer located at our fast-paced manufacturing plant in Tamaqua, PA

Your Role:

As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for evaluating production and other processes to find operational opportunities and ensure that each process is optimized to meet current goals. You will support the manufacturing process using engineering skills to assess, manage, implement, improve or revise processes, with the goal of improving efficiency of operation, safety and the consistency of product quality. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Troubleshoot critical processes and equipment in our manufacturing process
  • Develop process methods and controls
  • Determine costs and schedules for products as well as lead capital projects
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effect

You express your ideas and make recommendations for improvements. Ultimately, you will make our processes more efficient and productive therefore you will have a direct impact on the company!

We need you to have:

  • BS in an Engineering discipline
  • Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Technical aptitude

Icing on the cake:

  • 2 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Experience with or knowledge of plastic manufacturing
  • Experience using SAP and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
