Are you looking to build a strong career? Then we have an opportunity for you! We are searching for a Plant Manager to join our team located at our facility in Lewiston UT.

Your Role:

The Plant Manager will provide leadership for all production and service activities of the plant; including Warehouse, Logistics, Maintenance, Engineering, EH&S and Human Resources to ensure safety, quality, food safety, productivity, and cost and customer service expectations are met. The successful individual will play a key role in supporting the Company’s Mission, Vision, Values, Goals and Business Objectives through continuous improvement and process development projects and support Lean Manufacturing initiatives.

  • Utilize Lead system tools to eliminate waste
  • Prepare manufacturing budgets and standards
  • Develop strategic initiatives and operating goals for the plant

We need you to have:

  • BA/BS in Engineering, Business, Operations or another related field
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in plant operation roles
  • Prior team management experience
  • Solid business acumen experience with a strong understanding of the P&L, annual budget, capital projects, productivity improvement initiatives, metrics development and maintenance
  • Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office

Icing on the cake:

  • MBA or other advanced degree
  • Proficiency in SAP or Oracle
  • Experience with Continuous Improvement Processes such as 5S, Value Streams, Six Sigma, or TPM
