Pay Rate:  $30.00

Your Role:

As a Mechanic 1 - Shift Maintenance, you will be responsible for repairing equipment to maximum efficiencies which meet or exceed productivity improvements and waste reduction requirements.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Repair equipment to maximum efficiencies which meet or exceed productivity improvements and waste reduction requirements.
• Continuously monitor equipment and communicate to supervision all equipment problems or concerns.
• Tear down: replace defective component units and parts such as bearings, motors, servo motors, gears, clutches, brakes, belts, sprockets and chains.
• Follow safety rules and keep work area in a clean and orderly condition.

We need you to have:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems and machinery
• 3+ years of Maintenance experience within a manufacturing organization
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

Icing on the cake:

• Prior Thermoforming or Extrusion experience
