We are searching for an Master Data Management Solutions Architect to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

As an Master Data Management Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for supporting accurate and effective Master Data Management activities including data maintenance, analysis, audits, data reconciliation, maintenance support, documentation, reporting, projects and communication. We embrace and accept individual experiences and backgrounds to achieve a diverse and inclusive workplace. 

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Architect, Design and configure Master Data in line with SAP and CPG best practices.
  • Build Master Data technical roadmap and data models to improve analytics.
  • Gather master data requirements and support the projects where needed.
  • Create, analyze, and maintain functional and technical documentation.
  • Translate business rules and requirements into detailed technical specifications.
  • Analyze business processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work through the use of technology.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define Master Data fields that require remediation and work in concert with those business stakeholders to improve the data quality for ones with the biggest benefit to the organization.
  • Create, socialize and utilize data quality reports.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts within IT and the business to define and document policies and standards as well as improve Master Data processes.
  • Shape the future of data governance across Master Data domains: Customer, Material and Vendor.

We need you to have:

  • BA/BS in related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management.
  • 3+ years of experience in Master Data Governance.
  • 3+ years of experience with SAP Master Data.
  • Experience architecting/configuring Master Data domain elements for Customer, Material and/or Vendor domains. 
  • Prior experience providing direct and/or indirect leadership of others.
  • Strong, demonstrated analytical skills.
  • Strong, demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with IT and business stakeholders at various levels.

Icing on the cake:

  • Prior experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting that utilizes SAP
