We currently have multiple positions open for a full time Manufacturing Production Associate at our fast-paced plant in Appleton, WI.

PAY:  $19.98/Hour

12-Hour Rotating Shift - Work only half the month!

Your Role:

As a Manufacturing Production Associate, you will be responsible for filling customer orders, operating equipment to create finished goods, packaging products, and upholding our safety standards. You will have the opportunity to:

• Manage all aspects of product packaging for the assigned work cell.
• Inspect finished products to ensure that they meet the quality and packaging standards.
• Communicate any product quality concerns to the first available Supervisor or Manager within a timely manner.
• Communicate any packaging concerns to the first available Supervisor or Manager in a timely manner.
• Make spools, restock supplies, put finished rolls away, take out full skids, and assist with startups.

We need you to have:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform highly repetitive or short cycle work
• Availability to work rotating shifts that are between 8 and 12 hours long
• Ability to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

Icing on the cake:

• Prior manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of manufacturing equipment
• Experience with using TPM
