If you are looking to build a strong career, we have an opportunity for you! We are searching for a Maintenance Planner to join our team located at our facility in Louisville, KY.

Your Role:

As a Maintenance Planner, you will provide technical support through the effective deployment of employees, outside resources, and material, and the involvement of people at all levels to solve problems, meet customer requirements and comply with Reynolds’ and other applicable regulatory standards. You will have the opportunity to:

• Quickly and effectively returns equipment to design capability through planned maintenance.
• Set priorities for projects and work orders pertaining to the maintenance function.
• Schedule, plan and execute PM activities.
• Generate work orders and plans work from completed check sheets.
• Prioritize and schedule work and resources to accomplish required tasks in allotted.
• Meet financial goals including efficient use of labor, overtime control, and supply management.
• Support production and improvement projects for reducing unplanned equipment downtime.
• Ensure the safety of the workforce.
• Emphasize improved equipment reliability and efficiency.

We need you to have:

• BS degree in Engineering or a similar technical field.
• 5+ years in a similar role at a unionized manufacturing facility.
• Experience with maintaining a CMMS system.
• Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office.

Icing on the cake:

• Proficiency in SAP or Oracle.
• Qualified in NFPA – 70 E for Electrical work.
