We are searching for an IT Systems Analyst to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

As an IT Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements for the Sales and Order to Cash (OTC) business functions and translating them through design, development and implementation into simple and sustainable IT solutions. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Perform detailed analysis and design activities for specific IT applications, including interfaces to/from  SAP to non-SAP applications
  • Translate end-user requirements into detailed functional specification documentation and process flows
  • Perform system configuration
  • Interact with technical resources to define technical requirements

In this important role, you will ensure the quality of our software applications while also working with dynamic, cross-functional teams and making an impact on the efficiency of our company as a whole.

We need you to have:

  • BA/BS in Business or Information Management or other related field
  • 3 -5 years of experience designing, developing and implementing IT solutions
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills; ability to lead discussions and present ideas to business and technical audiences
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, both as an individual contributor and as a team member

Icing on the cake:

  • CPG experience 
  • PMP Certification
