Your Role
The IAM Manager will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for access provisioning, governance, and administrative needs across the organization. This role will advise the Head of Identity and Access Management and IT leadership on best practices and solutions available to implement the Reynolds Consumer Products IAM strategy and adhere to the relevant policy and compliance requirements. The candidate will work on leading and expanding the adoption of corporate standard IGA solutions such as Saviynt. The candidate will promote a centralized access management architecture within RCP as well as present automation of provisioning and governance for current and newly integrated applications, servers, databases, etc. Ensure that business partners, contractors and employees have the right access to the right systems at the right times for the right reasons.
