We currently have an opportunity for a Human Resources Representative to join our team located at our Jacksonville, IL facility.

Your Role:

As an HR Representative, you will be responsible for assisting HR with various day-to-day tasks, providing administrative support, and responding to all inquiries for the department. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Coordinate the hiring of new employees and ensure proper staffing levels
  • Ensure consistent application of company policies and standards of conduct
  • Respond to all employee complaints regarding a wide variety of issues
  • Conduct conflict investigations and provide summary reports to the HR Director

Ultimately, you will use your organization skills to ensure conflict resolution, that our employees are satisfied and well-informed, and the successful day-to-day operation of HR in the facility.

We need you to have:

  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 5+ years of related professional Human Resource experience
  • Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Knowledge of applicable state, federal, local employment labor laws and regulations

Icing on the cake:

  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification
  • Experience using ADP and/or SAP
