We are searching for an HR Representative to join our team located in Appleton, WI.
Your Role:
As an HR Representative, you will be responsible for working with RCP’s new, current and former employees to assist in the hiring, administration and training processes. HR Representatives must adhere to all the rules and policies of the organization as well as ensuring RCP’s practices comply with all local, state and federal regulations. You will work under the supervision of an HR Manager, but many duties are performed with little or no supervision.
You will have the opportunity to:
Ultimately, you will use your organization skills to ensure conflict resolution, that our employees are satisfied and well-informed, and the successful day-to-day operation of HR in the facility.
