Are you looking to build a strong career? Then we have an opportunity for you! We are searching for a Human Resources & Payroll Coordinator to join our team located at our South Boston, Virginia manufacturing plant. 

Your Role:

As an HR & Payroll Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to HR and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of both hourly and salaried payroll and any other special payrolls. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Enter new hires, status changes, performance reviews, and wage increases into our system
  • Run assigned payroll reports and audit and correct any errors or discrepancies
  • Create quarterly, year-end, and data reports
  • Assist employees with benefit, payroll, and policy questions

Ultimately, you will use your organization skills to ensure the successful operations of the HR and Payroll teams and will also help ensure that our employees are well-informed and satisfied.

We need you to have:

  • Associates degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 4+ years of related professional and progressive generalist Human Resource experience
  • Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Excel

Icing on the cake:

  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Experience using ADP
