We are searching for a HR Coordinator (Bilingual -Spanish encouraged) to join our team located at our location in Huntersville, NC.

Your Role:

As a HR Coordinator (Bilingual -Spanish encouraged), you will provide payroll and administrative support to the location HR Team including; payroll processing, administration of benefits and other HR based activities. 

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide reports and diversified clerical support to the Human Resource Team and other Managers as required.
  • Responsible for accurate and timely processing of assigned manufacturing payroll and any special or bonus payrolls.
  • Run assigned payroll reports and audit and correct errors or discrepancies.
  • Assist plant controller with various audits and reports and ensure proper maintenance of HR records.
  • Responsible for all system entry of new hires, status changes performance management/reviews & wage increases.
  • Validate employee information prior to entry to ensure compliance with company policy and maintain filing of all employee records.
  • Maintain the Schedule Bonus Screen for payout information (ie. New hire, referral bonuses.)
  • Assist in hiring new hires in the ADP system; I-9 e-verify and background screening.
  • Create data reports for team members and outside managers, utilizing Query, Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Assist employees with benefit, payroll & policy questions or steer in appropriate direction to get answers.
  • Create and maintain reports on STD and FMLA reports and filings. 
  • Assist all locations with questions related to ADP.
  • Assist with coordinating HR processes between all assigned locations.
  • Maintain confidential files and assist with miscellaneous HRIS system updates as required.

We need you to have:

  • AA degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2-3 years of related professional and progressive financial or Human Resource experience
  • Knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures, in the Consumer Packaged Goods and/or manufacturing industry, preferred
  • Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Bilingual strongly encouraged-Spanish, not required
  • Hybrid (2 days WFH / 3 days in plant)

Icing on the cake:

  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Experience using ADP, SAP a plus
