As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for participating in all aspects of the Plant Training System.  The successful candidate will help to execute an annual training program, develop teaching plans, partner with internal and external subject matter experts and help drive retention improvements by supporting and helping to mentor new hires.

7am- 7pm

$500 Sign On Bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Level book collection and organization.
  • Updating skills matrix for their shift.
  • SOP and OPL creation to support training and continuous improvement.
  • Tracking and follow-up of action items to support new hire trainees.
  • Daily check in of new hires on their shift.
  • Daily floor time with all new hires to ensure ongoing learning.
  • Hands on training as needed with new team members.
  • Placement of new hires with trainer.
  • 1:1’s with new hires at established frequency to ensure understanding and ongoing learning.
  • SWISS & SOP reviews with new hires – specifically geared towards PMO’s.
  • Partner with Shift Supervisors to plan ongoing skills development training to advance team members through their level books.
  • Partner with Shift Supervisors to ensure their team has adequate skills to support promotions, vacations and call-offs for shift continuity.

  • Microsoft office.
  • Bilingual – nice to have but not necessary.

  • Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
  • Train the trainer certification.
  • Ongoing learning, development and leadership training through RCP.
