Then we have an opportunity for you!  We currently have an opportunity for a a Summer Manufacturing Production Associate at our fast-paced plant in Weyauwega, WI.

Your Role:

As a Summer Manufacturing Production Associate, you will be responsible for filling customer orders, operating equipment to create finished goods, packaging products, and upholding our safety standards. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Make safety your number one priority by driving our safety initiatives
  • Operate pallet jacks
  • Fill out production reports
  • Assist with training new employees

Ultimately, you will play an important part in our production process and you will help us maintain our status in the industry by ensuring that we are making quality products. To be considered for the Summer College production positions, applicants should possess:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred and be 18 years old.
  • Ability to perform highly repetitive or short cycle work.
  • Judgment and decision making.
  • Common sense understanding to carry out written/oral instructions.
  • Ability to work with precise set limits and standards.
  • Ability to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Attendance: Regular attendance as defined by the attendance policy is an essential function of this position.
  • Work Schedule: Must be able to work a rotating 12 hour shifts.
