We currently have an opportunity for a Rapid Responder to join our team located at our manufacturing plant in Appleton, WI.

Your Role:

As a Rapid Responder, you will work on the line and will be responsible for preparing machines for efficient use and thereby maintaining a safe environment. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Make safety your number one priority by driving our safety initiatives
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality
  • Take the line from an idle stop to full production
  • Learn, use and teach 5-S and Work Design Initiatives

In this role, you will be vitally important to the production process and therefore the company as a whole. We need you to have:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Availability to work overtime as needed
  • Flexible schedule with the availability to work nights and weekends
  • Ability to trouble shoot and problem solve

Icing on the cake:

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing facility
  • Knowledge of basic extrusion and converting process
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools and countermeasures
