We currently have an opportunity for a Forklift Operator  to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Huntersville, NC.

12 Hour Days Pay: $ 19.00

12 Hour Nights Pay $20.00

Your Role:

As a  Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for receiving and understanding material movement orders and transporting material to and from designated areas in the facility. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Perform standard work BBS Observations and LTO Standard Work Gemba Walks

  • Mentor and train new/current employees on LTO tasks: Equipment, RF, Picking, Loading, etc.

  • Train & certify employees on all powered industrial equipment in warehouse

  • Support CI initiatives as needed

Ultimately, you will keep appropriate records and reports to guarantee that tight inventory control and security are maintained as well as assist in physical inventories and ensure proper stock rotation.

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated team player 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Power Industrial Truck Certifification
  • Lock out Tag out certified (Glad Hand Locks)
