Are you looking to build a strong career and make a positive impact? Then we have an opportunity for you! We are searching a Functional Manager, Supply Chain Transportation, to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

The Functional Manager, Supply Chain Transportation is an exciting role in leading and implementing the advancement of supply chain capabilities.  Today’s supply chains require technology and leading business processes to enable dynamic and cost efficient supply chain networks.  This role will be critical in defining & enabling transportation solutions to digitalize the Reynolds supply chain.

The opportunity provided in this role includes decision-making influence, high visibility requiring cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain and Business Unit leadership, and establishing best practice and transforming Reynolds’ Transportation Management. 

The person in this role will be the leading decision maker for transportation capability advancement; partnering with IT and collaborating with business unit and supply chain leadership on technology, business process and analytics strategy.   The role will require building relationships and advancing the Reynolds transportation roadmap with internal and external partners.

We need you to have:

  • 12+ years of Supply Chain industry experience 
  • 8+ years of logistics / warehousing operations 
  • 3PL/Suppliers Management experience
  • Project-based work environment experience 

Icing on the cake:

  • WMS Technology experience 
  • E-Commerce / Direct to Consumer experience
  • Transportation experience
