We are searching for a Financial Analyst - Supply Chain (Temporary) to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager – Supply Chain, the Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing and reconciling inventory with 3rd Party Warehouses (3PL’s). The primary duty of the Financial Analyst – Supply Chain is to analyze and reconcile the inventory data between Reynolds Consumer Products (RCP) and 3rd Party Warehouses (3PL’s). You will have the opportunity to:

  • Analyze and reconcile inventory with RCP 3PLs.
  • Ensure RCP inventory are in sync with 3PLs system. 
  • Investigate/research discrepancies and/or errors and provide corrective actions/solutions. 
  • Proactively research and determine corrective action for inventory errors/variances.
  • Monitor 3PLs Interfaces (i.e., cycle count, inventory movements, customer returns, etc.).
  • Participate in special projects.
  • Ad-hoc analysis.

We need you to have:

  • Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Financial Analyst – Supply Chain preferably within a manufacturing or distribution industry.
  • SAP and other ERP systems.
  • Intermediate/Expert knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and MS Office suite.
  • Experience in data, operational and financial analysis.
  • Knowledge of accounting processes and software.
  • Strong analytical skills and great attention to detail.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Initiative to improve tools and reports.
