Are you looking to build a strong career? Then we have an opportunity for you! We are searching for a Finance Manager to join our team at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for generating financial insights by providing financial analysis, planning and reporting to key stakeholders, conducting ad hoc analysis and managing special projects. 

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Creating and maintaining various monthly reporting including the business unit Management Reporting Packet, KPI’s/Department scorecard and the monthly Risk & Opportunity list.
  • Create and maintain financial models to explain results and forecasts and improve existing financial models and reports.
  • Bridge monthly results, forecasts, annual operating plan and strategic outlooks that allows the business to anticipate future impacts and assist in developing alternative plans.
  • Conducting ad hoc analysis
  • Assist the BU with P&L analysis requests

In this exciting role, you will assist in the evaluation and financial modeling of customer and product profitability for the Reynolds profit centers.

We need you to have:

  • BS/BA in accounting or finance, with 2-4 years in accounting or finance with a business unit or experience in a manufacturing industry and/or CPG company.
  • Experience should include accounting/Finance and supporting sales/marketing or manufacturing activities, with solid experience in financial planning and analysis. Prior costing experience a plus.
  • Must have experience analyzing and explaining business results, including an understanding of volume adjusted variance calculations.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and database applications. Need to process intermediate-advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, Hyperion (HFM & Essbase)
  • Strong excel modeling skills – ability to take current modeling and make it more efficient

Icing on the cake:

  • MBA or other advanced degree
