We are searching for a Director of Marketing - Innovation, Presto to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

As a Director of Marketing - Innovation, Presto you will be responsible for the product strategy for the Presto BU including innovation, product improvement and cost optimization. The director will lead a functional team of marketers and collaborate with cross-functional counterparts to deliver timely product development and commercialization across a wide range of both internal and store brand initiatives. 

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead development, execution and tracking of long term innovation pipeline
  • Identify the sustainability roadmap for the Presto BU
  • Identify and recommend strategic plan to improve business profitability
  • Support price increase initiatives to ensure recovery of market cost increases
  • Prepare and effectively communicate insightful strategies, presentations and business reports to the executive team, sales teams and organization
  • Lead and develop a winning marketing team

Ultimately, you will play a vital role in our company and will lead projects to identify, research, and execute cost savings, product improvement, and new marketing opportunities that would help us grow and innovate.

We need you to have:

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive and professional Marketing experience
  • Prior supervisory experience
  • Ability to travel occasionally
  • Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Outlook

Icing on the cake:

  • MBA or another advanced degree
  • Prior experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry
  • New Production development / Innovation Pipeline Building Experience
