Then we have an opportunity for you! We currently have an opportunity for a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our team at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL. (3 days/week)

Your Role:

As a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis you will enhance the profitability of the business, ensure standardization and simplification of financial reporting, and work with management and other business functions on implementing initiatives. We embrace and accept individual experiences and backgrounds to achieve a diverse and inclusive workplace. 

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead the agendas for the Financial Leadership Team, Annual Plan, Cycle Reviews, and monthly Business Reviews.
  • Enhance customer and product profitability analysis.
  • Automate routine reporting procedures.
  • Identify related problems and made recommendations for improvement.

We need you to have:

  • BA/BS degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 12+ years of related professional corporate accounting or finance experience.
  • Prior management experience.
  • Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using automated financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, JDE, Hyperion Planning, and HFM.

Icing on the cake:

  • MBA or other advanced degree.
  • CPA certification.
  • Proficient with forecasting and budgeting tool implementation.
