Your Role:

As part of the Business Transformation Team (“Reyvolution”), the Manager, Business Transformation is responsible for supporting key initiatives and programs across the organization.   In this role, you will execute initiatives that enhance top line growth and improve operational efficiencies. 

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Partner with key stakeholders across Business Units and Functions utilizing program development frameworks, Lean Six Sigma Operational Excellence methodologies, functional knowledge (e.g., commercial, finance, procurement, IT, etc.), program/project management skills and change management principles.
  • Support the implementation of large complex enterprise initiatives and support process optimization and promote consistency in processes and tools.
  • Employ Continuous Improvement capabilities: Six Sigma, Lean, Agile, data analysis and Kaizen workshop facilitation.
  • Gather requirements, define and document business processes/procedures using workflow modeling techniques and standardized documentation templates.
  • Engage leaders and cross-functional teams through effective collaboration.
  • Ensure RCP’s commitments to respect and inclusion are attained.
  • Follow established procedures for tracking multiple projects concurrently.
  • Create and implement a change management plan to ensure engagement and commitment from all key stakeholders.
  • Build program related content for effective stakeholder communications in order to drive visibility, clarity, alignment & decision making.
  • Develop effective measurements/ROI on all projects and report on progress on a regular basis.

Ultimately, you will be responsible for leading, implementing, maintaining and improving people, process and technology capabilities across the enterprise; and plays a supporting role in driving initiatives and teams towards realization of both quantitative and qualitative benefits that are aligned with RCP’s overall strategy.

We need you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Experience leading initiatives/projects and facilitating workshops/kaizen sessions
  • Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
  • Prior experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry, a plus
  • Corporate Strategy experience, a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Icing on the cake:

  • MBA or other advanced degree
  • Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
  • Corporate Strategy experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar project management certification preferred
