We currently have an opportunity for an Artificial Intelligence Manager to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

As our Artificial Intelligence Manager, you will spearhead the strategy execution, implementation, and evolution of generative AI technologies across our organization. Partnering with technical teams, service providers, and business stakeholders, you will deploy innovative and effective AI Use-Case to keep us at the cutting edge.  You will have the opportunity to:

• Build AI foundation for incorporating Machine Learning, Generative AI (Large Language Models) in our ecosystem.
• Identify AI use-case and design effective solutions in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Align AI initiatives with business goals through stakeholder collaboration.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of AI models and systems, adjusting as necessary.
• Implement best practices and standards for AI development and usage within the organization.
• Lead and mentor an interdisciplinary team of AI ambassadors, cultivating a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

You Need to Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience 10 years of proven experience in managing and delivering AI or Machine Learning projects in a business context with a track record of successful deployments.
• Proficiency with Python, especially with libraries such as Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy for Machine Learning and Data Analysis tasks.
• 5-7 years of experience with cloud environments like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure and familiarity with Backend technologies (like Node.js, Django, etc.) and Front-end frameworks (like React, Angular, etc.) are required.
• Experience with large language models to deliver business solutions, with an understanding of ethical considerations and the potential for bias in AI systems.
• Passionate about the AI field, with a demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying up to date with emerging trends and advancements.
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.   

Icing on the Cake:

• Knowledge of AWS compute and storage offerings, as well, ML tools, SageMaker, Comprehend, Kendra and Forecast.
• Prior experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods or Manufacturing industry is a plus.
